Terms of Use – Telesur Plus

Effective Date: 1st June 2025 Welcome to Telesur Plus, an Over-The-Top (OTT) streaming platform offered by Telecommunicatiebedrijf Suriname (Telesur). These Terms of Use (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of our Telesur Plus services (“Services”), including our mobile apps, TV apps, website, and all associated features, content, and technology. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Description of Services

Telesur Plus is a digital content platform designed to deliver a rich selection of local and international television channels, live broadcasts, and premium content to users in Suriname. Our Services are accessible through a variety of devices, including:

Android Mobile & Tablet
iOS Mobile & Tablet
Web Browsers
Android TV
Google TV
Amazon Fire TV
Roku Devices

Premium content may be accessed through prepaid top-up codes, which are available from authorized local dealers. These codes must be activated at https://info.telesurplus.sr to unlock access to selected premium programming. There are no credit card subscriptions or recurring billing mechanisms at this time.

2. Eligibility and Use

2.1 Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use our Services. 2.2 Permitted Use You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale of content is strictly prohibited. 2.3 Geographic Availability Telesur Plus is intended for users within the territory of Suriname. Access may be restricted or unavailable in other regions due to content licensing agreements.

3. Accounts and Security

3.1 To access certain features, such as redeeming premium codes or resuming watching on different devices, you may be required to create an account. 3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 3.3 Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account by contacting [email protected].

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Content Ownership All content provided through the Services, including videos, graphics, trademarks, and interface elements, are the property of Telesur or its licensors. 4.2 Restrictions You may not copy, record, rebroadcast, publicly display, or modify any part of the content. Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code from our apps or services is strictly prohibited. 4.3 Content Changes and Availability Telesur reserves the right to update, remove, or modify any content or channels available on the platform without prior notice.

5. Top-Up Codes and Premium Access

5.1 Purchasing Codes Premium access is granted via prepaid top-up codes sold through authorized Telesur dealers. 5.2 Code Activation Codes must be activated on the official website at https://info.telesurplus.sr/redeem. Once activated, access to premium content is granted for a specified time period. 5.3 No Refunds All top-up code sales are final and non-refundable. Expired or already redeemed codes cannot be re-used.

6. User Conduct

By using Telesur Plus, you agree not to:

Circumvent geographic restrictions or digital rights management (DRM) protections
Access the Services using automated methods (bots, scrapers, etc.)
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Telesur’s servers or systems
Share your login credentials with others or use someone else’s account

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Third-Party Content and Links

Our platform may feature third-party content, including advertisements or links to external websites. Telesur is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party materials and does not endorse or assume liability for them.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
